Shrinks or enlarges a CRect.

CRect * InsetCRect (CRect *dst, IPoint *delta)

Shrinks or enlarges the amount of area described by the dst rectangle. Positive delta values shrink the area, negative values enlarge the area.

• dst Pointer to the CRect to manipulate.

• delta Pointer to the delta values to apply to dst.
