Creates an IPoint from inline values.

IPoint * IPointFromIVal (IPoint *dst, int32 x, int32 y)

Stores the specified values at *dst. It is useful for writing inline calls such as:

IPoint    wrk; 
OffsetCelListByIDelta (cel, IPointFromFVal(&wrk, my_x, my_y)); 

• dst Pointer to the IPoint where the results are to be stored.

• x y Values to be used for the IPoint.

The input parameter dst.
